|
|
Hello,
I have successfully installed the software on a Windows XP notebook. How do I start to work with it?
I want to stream the same webcam content for a friend, who works on two or 4 webcam-girl sites at the same time. When she gets a customer, she wnats to jump into it |

I hope this info will help you ,
Basicly Split Camera functions like this :
So what you have to do is :
- Open Split Camera as first application, using your camera.
- Select your camera in Split Camera.
| Quote: | Connect to your source
I took Video Camera as source.
| Quote: | USB Video Camera - DV3010
Specs :
- Optical Sensor / Optical Sensor Size: 3
- Digital Zoom: 4 x
- Recording Format: SD Memory Card
- Remote Control: Without remote control
- LCD Display Size: 2
- Manufacturer: Traveler
- Type : DV3010
- Memory type :
- Build in : 16 Mb Internal memory
- Expansion : SD Cards
- Max resolution : 640*480 (width*heighth)
- Pixels : 2 megapixel (takes pictures at ....)
|
Note :
- You can use your desktop as video source too.
Meaning everything that comes on your screen will be passed on to the other applications (like Yawcam).
- Changing the video source makes the source is connected immediately.
Closing down and restart, you have to connect via the Play button.
See the video control buttons on the right side of the screen :
|
Open the first application.
Select your source (Device (SplitCam Capture)) (not your WebCam).
Open the second application.
Select your source (Device (SplitCam Capture)) (not your WebCam).
And so on ....

| Thanks a lot. When I open the first application in Internet Explorer, I could not select my source (Device (SplitCam Capture)) (not the WebCam), it just tries to connect, and then in IE goes down. |

- Did you have problems installing Split Camera on your computer ?
Did you have error messages of any kind ?
- Can you see if your Camera driver is installed correctly ?
- Can you see if you can select your camera in Split Camera ?
- When selected as a source in Split Camera, does the preview show your camera OK ?
